64 bit Pause

I want to pause my application in milliseconds. How can I convert the following code and make it work in my 64 bit environment using PtrSafe?

Hello SDruley,

The Sleep API call was neither updated nor replaced in Windows 2007 or Vista. It should still work just fine. what problems are you experiencing?

Thank you for your response. Currently running the 64 bit version of Excel 2010. I get an error referring to the need to modify the syntax with PtrSafe so tht it will be 64 bit compatible.
