topology network tree

Hi All,

basically all i want is to create tree topology in excel, for example you can see in the image attached.. i need to separate which link connect to which link and which certain order.

here i attached excel file as well..

for example i have link like this

A = center of the link

A ----B ----C ----D-----F
|
|
E----G

A-B : 1.1
B-C : 1.1.1
A-E: 1.2
E-G:1.2.1
C-D : 1.1.1.1
D-F: 1.1.1.1.1

the point is so i know i have to finished A-B first then i can finish B-E and B-C

i have to finished B-C first then C-D or D-F

all i have is latitude and longitude for all A, B, C, D , E, F, G sites

can i make the topology list using connection between latitude and longitude from each site?
