Excel PAY AS YOU EARN (PAYE) FORTNIGHT TAX CALCULATOR

Hi hows everyone?

I have a problem, I manage to set a payroll spreadsheet that works 100% for my kind of business. The only thing is that i have to deduct PAYE(PAY AS YOU EARN) from my employees. How do i insert calclator that does this for, What formula or caculator do i use and would i go about it. I have + - 50 staff and all are earning different wages over a FORTHNIGHT.

I use to do it all manually, I sit with a deduction table a and work it out 1 by , but it takes me hours to calculate everything. Can anyone help me with a formula or calculator.

Hi i have the fortnight tax sheet 2010 on paper. It has all the different amount I must deduct for different the salaries per fortnight.

Its literally hundreds of amounts with different salaries.
So how do i insert all that amounts so that whenever i insert an amount it knows exactly how much to deduct.

Ive attached some samples. Keep in mind that I'm still a learner a fast one as such.

Hi attached is a copy of my payroll spreadsheet and a copy of a tax deduction table. So far i manage to setup my payroll spreadsheet so that it works perfectly for my business. All i need to do is insert the tax deduction table so that it automatically deducts tax when i insert the employee hours.

Is there any expert out there that can show me the way. Any advise that can help will really be appreciated.

R is for south African rand. The tax table is how much is deducted for every fortnight. Seeing that they get paid per hour it is always different. Follow this link (http://www.sars.gov.za/home.asp?pid=4589) and download (AS-PAYE-05-G1-A2 - Fortnightly tax deduction tables - March 2010)

The table should be more clear.
