Extracting Data Before the 2nd Comma

I have a column that looks like the example below. I'd like to find a formula that I can enter into the adjacent column that will extract everything before the last comma starting from the left.

The example below starts in A1. The result that I would like is in column B.

Can someone help me with this?

=LEFT(A1,LEN(A1)-1)

Hi monicamarie,
A different approach to hicker.
I assumed that you have a text in column A and want to get a numbers.
In this case use:
=VALUE(TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(LEFT(A1,FIND(",",A1)-1),"$","")))

and Format cells as "Accounting".

=IF(ISNUMBER(A1+0),A2,LEFT(A1,LEN(A1)-1)+0)

in case there are also numbers not ending on a comma.
