I am looking for a formula to remove special characters (like ' , " & - ) in a sheet.
Thank you.

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
The simplest way is to use Find/Replace (Ctrl+H)

In the Find What area type in "," (without the quotes) and in the replace with area type in whatever you want to replace , with and click the button called Replace All.

You'll have to use this multiple times, once for each character you want to replace)
