Automatically divide a cell

Hi,
I want to enter data in a cell in the form of paise and get it converted to rupee i.e divide by 100, as soon as I press enter key.E.g:26.94 should show 0.2694.In custom formatting I can multiply by entering * 100 in Type area but cannot divide.How do achieve this ?

Another way: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

then press ALT + Q to close the code window.

Sorry Gohar I tried that before but it did not work.Thanks very much VoG the code works perfect and my problem is solved.Thank you again.
