Greetings,
I have assigned a macro to a picture button in XL 2007. Is it possible to have a tooltip via VBA for the button?
Thanks in advance

1) Press ALT-F8 to open the Macro List
2) Click once on your macro name
3) Click on the OPTIONS button
4) Use the Description box to create your tooltip.

Thanks for the prompt response JB.
Here's what I would like - when I move the cursor over the picture button, I would like a brief description to appear like the way when we place the cursor over any of the icons in the XL ribbon.
I am not able to achieve this by adding a description. Any ideas?
Thanks again

Hmm, I don't have Excel 2007, but this appears to apply to 2003 and 2007.

Thanks JB - I did try this code before but did not get it to work.
I have just found a source that seems to have a workaround

I will test and post back.
