Can you please tell me how to insert "Please Wait..." while the macro is working it's magic in the background?

So ideally when the user runs the Macro they will see a white screen with the text "Please Wait..." - no blinking - and then when the macro is finished it will display.

Thank you ~

A newbie - but learning FAST! :biggrin:

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Another method might be to have a sheet filled with white background and the term "Please Wiat...." somewhere in the middle. Display this sheet while the macro executes then return the user to the sheet they were at afterwards.

Code:
Sub showsplash()
With ActiveSheet

    With Sheets("Splash")
        .Visible = xlSheetVisible
        .Activate

            'Your code here

        .Visible = xlSheetVeryHidden
    End With

    .Activate
End With
MsgBox "Thank You ~"

End Sub
