How to combine multiple pivot tables into one table, vlookups?

Hi – in the example I have a source data that will be refreshed daily. I want to create a one page summary in the Executive overview tab. It should consist of all the pivot tables from the three different tabs for each of the Steps…

So I need to pivot by date then "classification" by data type for three different steps, sound confusing but the attachment is pretty straight forward...

How do I link the pivots to the summary sheet? Vlookups don’t work because it needs to key on Date+Classification then count the types in each step… Also the summary table will need to refresh with all of the pivots, so I was thinking of having four pivots in one, unless there is a better way?!?!? How can I link the three step pivots to the executive summary pivot?

    Please help!!!
