Combining Data Columns / adding prefix to entire column

I need to add one column into another..

    i have a Column of numbers that all need to have a letter in front of them;
    right now: 1, 10, 13, 14...etc
    needs to be PS1, PS10, PS13, PS14..etc

The column does not go in numerical order so i cannot just drag the letter down. Is there a way to add these letter w/o having to copy and paste it into every row? Please help, i am trying to make a deadline!

Use a helper column. Assume numbers in A1 use this in B1

    ="PS"&A12

fill down as far as required. Then Copy column B and Paste special, Values into A.

Use a custom number format. Highlight the column (or the part of it you need) and:

    Ctrl-1 to Format Cells
    Number - Custom
    Enter this custom format: "PR"#
    OK

    Remove dash from entire column

    Thank you very much,

Is there a simple way to remove a dash from an entire column?

    Highlight the Column
    Ctrl-H

    Search: -
    Replace: (nothing...leave this blank)
