Problem with currency formating, can't format cell properly

I have created a table for following payments. So each row has, few cells formated as currency.
Then I open the same file on other computer (other excel), and format of number changed from $11.000,00 to $11.000.0.00 or something.
    How can I solve this?

    Thanks

Sounds like the default currency formatting is different on the second machine. Either change it to make them the same, or apply a custom format on the first machine.

    Hi,

Of course I have tried to change it on the second machine to, and when I go to Format Cells menu, and select Currency, the format shown there is like $22.000.0.00 . Even if I manage to change it in custom, it's still the same on the worksheet.

    What else can I try?

My suggestion was that you apply a custom format on the FIRST machine, where it already looks correct. So select the existing cells with their correct formats, change the format to Custom, and leave what appears in Type exactly as it is.

The difference is that the SECOND machine should now use the custom format applied on the first.

What about Start > control Panel > Regional Settings, is that set to the correct format?
