Hi,

I'm running Excel 2008 (Mac, v.12.2.4), and have a question about saving multiple PDFs.

I have a workbook that consists of around 40 worksheets. I would like to print each of these worksheets as its own individual PDF (ie. 40 PDF in total). In addition, I would love if I could name each PDF according to the worksheet name.

Is any of this possible? There's tons of info on how to save multiple worksheets to a single PDF, but nothing for what I need to do. I've done it before, and I thought it was simple, but I can't seem to figure it out now!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Try this-- Actually print to one pdf then in adobe go to documents and extract your pages, they should all pop up as individual files then just do a save as for each one.

Thanks for the reply - I'm looking to do this straight from Excel, so that it will name the individual files according to the worksheet name. If I just split the document up in Acrobat, I still have to go through each one and save it manually with a unique name, so I might as well just do that through Excel in the first place...?
