    MPG/maintenance schedule spreadsheet...source data formatting ?

    Hi there,

I am creating a spreadsheet that will track MPG’s and also keep track of regular routine maintenance and set up a schedule to tell you when maintenance items are due/past due. This is all linked to your largest date and odometer reading when entering your MPG data per fill up.

The following question may sound like a charting question, but I’m really trying to create source data that my chart references that will omit certain data points. More specifically, if the MPG isn’t for a “full tank” fill up, then I want it to be omitted from my source data. I known exactly what source data needs to appear but I am trying to automate the process.

The following attachment really details what I’m trying to accomplish.

Thanks for any help or suggestions any of you may have as I’ve been struggling with setting this up for some time now to no avail.
