Conditional Formatting if greater than zero

I would like to highlight the smallest value in cells E3:Q3 that is greater than zero what formula do I need?

Select that range with E3 active cell and use this formula

=(E3=MIN(IF($E3:$Q3>0,$E3:$Q3)))*(E3<>0)
