Auto fill for row 'fields' in Pivot Tables

I construct pivot tables with multiple 'fields' in the row section of the table. I do this to summarise extensive data sets. Once the pivot table is complete I would like the separate 'field' values to be duplicated on every row for that section and not only on the first row for that section. This then allows me to perform another pivot table on this data. Is there an easy way to do this when the pivot table is about 3000 rows long. To auto-fill each field heading would take me days to do manual.

    Hi

Select the pivot table, copy then paste special values. This will (unfortunately) remove the pivot table.

Say your first column of "Missing" data is column G. G5 is the first cell of the "group". Highlight the range G5:Gn where n is the last row you want to action. Then go Edit, Go To, Special, Blanks, OK. Then enter the formula =G5 and go ctrl enter. This will paste the formula into the blank cells, to select the row above which contains data. Again highlight the range and copy, paste values to remove the formulas. Do that for all relevant columns in the pivot table.
