Changing font size in a range based on cell value

I am getting a Runtime Error 13, Type Mismatch, highlighting If rngCell.Value = "" Then

It runs fine sometimes (when all cells in the range have numerical values), but other times gets that error. Am i using rngCell wrong?

Not sure. I copied and pasted your code into a workbook for me, and it worked just fine. However, you could try changing:
