Hi all,

recently i saw that the Insert and Move/Copy sheet options from right click on sheet tab menu or the Edit menu are disabled . This is not only at existing documents but also when i open a new excel document. So NO VBA scripts behind that eventualy disables these menus and also NO protection is active on the document...

I tried to repair the Office package... no luck... does anyone have an idea...?!? ... by the way, i have Office 2003...

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
See if this helps - open the VBEditor (Alt+f11), open the Immediate Window (Ctrl+G) and type in:
Code:
Application.Commandbars("Ply").Reset
and press enter.

Thanks for the reply... i tried to repair the Office package again and after that, suddenly there was a power failure so the computer was reset.... Although - as i know - the Office package does not require a computer restart, after a new reboot due to the power loss, the options were active again...

I was unable to insert a worksheet and the solution was that the workbook was protected. I unprotected the workbook and was then able to insert and copy worksheets.:)
