If you have 150 names, and email addresses on a spreadsheet and you want to send an email to 20 of those addresses which are scattered all over your list, is it possible to select and copy those addresses so you can paste them to an email? Thanks for any help.

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Yes ... but what does the data look like ?

Are all the email addresses in the same column? Are email addresses mixed with names in the same cells?

sorry for the late reply ...

You don't really need a macro. You can use the filters ...
Go to the data ribbon, and click on the filter icon.

Once you have applied the filter, click on the drop down menu and select 'text filter'. Select 'text contains' ... and just put something like @ to catch all the email addresses.

This will exclude all the cells w/o an email address ...
