Page does not scroll up or down

I have a weird one here. I cannot scroll up or down on a particular worksheet. All the other sheets in the workbook operate successfully, but this one appears to be locked. I have tried both the right hand scroll bar and the mouse. The indicator on the scroll bar moves but the page is "stuck". I have copied it out to a new workbook and this is consistent behavior here too.

Yes, after you suggested the possiblity I did and yes it it worked. I wonder why that happened? I put the freeze back on and it works again. Wonder if it is a software bug, or a hardware issue? I get a lot of weird behaviors, only from Excel but my new video card of a year ago is to demanding according to the manufacturer's specs which I was il-advised after the fact. I finally found a power supply that will work in my machine after searching for six months. I am looking foward to see if this curbs the problems....
