Calculating percentage of gain or loss

I am trying to calculate the sales growth or loss as a percentage. I have A1 (2007 Sales) B1 (2008 Sales) C1(Percentage Gain/Loss)
I need to show this in a percentage representation either positive or negative. Also, some of the values are $0.00
Can anyone advise best way to achieve this?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Sort by date Sort by votes
in cell c1 place the following formula:

=if(a1=0,"N/A",b1/a1-1)

you will need to adjust the format of the cell to be percentage.
