I have tried but failed any tips would be appreciated to save me typing all the dates for Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year.

Thanks in advance

If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

Hey TTBoy

Why not find the first saturday of the year and place it in cell A1, and the sunday in B1

Then in A1 use formula =A1+7 then copy and past down as far as you need to go across both column A and B
