intercepting top of curve on chart

I have excel 2003 and was wondering if it is possible to intercept the top of a curve on a chart and get the values from it. also, can I automatically show these values in the cells? I have attached the graph. It shows density of compacted soil in relation to moisture content. I need to find the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content.

    You can eyeball it.

The curve between the points is whatever spline (Catmull-Rom, I think) Excel uses to connect points; it says nothing additional about your data.

You could instead do a polynomial (quadratic or cubic) fit, and solve that in closed form for a maximum, but I don't think the result would be any more meaningful than eyeballing it.
