Barbell weight loading calculator, don't know where to begin

Copy of Bar loader- kilos & pounds.xls

I am tryng to create a a bar loading program that will allow me to type in a kilo weight and have returned the number of plates needed to be able to load the bar to that weight. The reason I attatched the document above is to show you what I am talking about rather than trying to describe it. My only issue is I want a cell that I can enter the weight in, rather than sliding the slider up and down to control the weight. The problem is I have no idea where to start as I don't know what formulas to use. I am not looking for someone to do it for me, simply to point me in the right direction. Thank you.

    The sheet is protected.

However, the scroll bar seems to be referenced to Cell E11

To break it down, if I wanted to have a formula that would return the number of plates, how would I do it? Basically 100 kilos means the 100 minus the 20 kilo bar equals 80 kilos of plates which means a 25 kilo plate and a 15 kilo plate must be loaded on each side of the bar. 150 kilos would mean 2 25 kilo plates and a 15 kilo plate must be loaded on each side.

There are obviously a set number of weights - what are they?

This is exactly what the program is doing.
Except you say the bar is 20 kilo the program is saying 25 kilo

So like this then? I must say whoever made this workbook deserve some credit. Simple and advanced at the same time and a very nice look of the chart. Very good use of Excel's built in features!
