Automatically adding new rows with formula

I have sheet with rows and each row has formulas based on cells in that row.
I would like to have a new row automatically inserted with the formulas
updating to reference the cells in the new row. Let's say I start with 50
rows and after they are filled up, a new row is added automatically? How do I
    do this?

I also have checkboxes that reference a cell in each of it's corresponding
row. How can I autofill checkboxes and update the cell it reference's?

    Hi Brian,

    Visit David McRitchie at:

About 30 lines down,. look for David's InsertRowsAndFillFormulas macro which
    should satisfy your requirements.
