Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Preview Mode

I believe that once you enter Preview Mode, Excel is waiting for an answer and won't give up control until it gets one.
Is there some other way to accomplish whatever it is that you are using print preview for? Since you don't want to have the user click "close".
