Wrap Text not working

I am using MS Office 2007, the cell format: Text Horizontal = General, Vertical = Center
Text Control = Wrap Text checked.
But, when I enter the text, it does not expand automatically !

What am I missing?

If you manually set the row height (accidently through dragging or some other way), it won't change. Try formatting row height automatically. That should adjust and then it will auto adjust. Did that work?
