    Formatting a Scroll Bar

Hello I am trying to format a scroll bar on my spreadsheet and I am having trouble. I have the value 5000000 in the cell and I am supposed to insert a scroll bar allowing me to change this amount from 4000000-6000000 in increments of 100000. When i typed these values into my format box it said the value cannot be over 30000, so my question is how do I get my scroll bar to display the higher numbers in my cell? Thanks

My earliest thought would be to use 4,000-6,000 then use another cell to multiply the linked cell by 1000

Thanks for your help I tried that and it works. I'm starting to see how helper cells work and how to manipulate formats.
