I have an .xlsm file that I saved last night at 4:30pm today any time i try to save the file it auto crashes.

I cant save it on the network or locally, I can't save it as a dif file type it all causes the crash.

Other files are fine its just this one.

I have tried moving all sheets to a dif file still crashes..

Any ideas?? I will lose days of work if I can't get this file to work!

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Try copying the spreadsheet into another spreadsheet and rename the file and extention to a flashdrive.

Check to see if there are any Workbook_BeforeSave macros stored in the VBA editor

over 15 sheets in this workbook... and all dependant on each other.

One macro in here but it has no before save function. Its just a macro to break all links and needs to be ran.

Sounds like it is a corrupt file. Try what Tinkerton posted in Post#2
