Simon, I think you need to have another look at your formula. The OR's will not give you the result. A value of 1.5 yrs will show as 10 instead of 5. You should use AND, but that's not really needed

Which formula did you use for "Vacation Leave"? It can be tweaked a little to remove the replace the FALSE with some other phrase!
