Conditional formatting based on text of another cell

I would like to have cells in a certain column turn green if the word in column J of the corresponding row = Not Changed"

    Thanks!

follow the tutorial to show how to use a formula
but dont select those as shown select your range instead
say you want b2:b100 select that.
now instead of their formula put
    =$J2="not changed"
    including the quotes
(note same row as your first row in range so it lines up)
pick a format colour for cell then finish

I feel really dumb about this one. Thanks Martin. It works just fine. I should have been able to figure that out.
