Formula to show combine answer and text in 1 cell from 2 different

Hey all having a dummie moment on a formula here i need t oknow if i can have text added into 1 cell with having a formula with a answer in it as well,,,i have attached a sheet with better examples of what i mean,,,its easier to understand it by seeing it,,,,please help

OK, Martin beat me to it....but if you want to keep the amount showing Dollars you can add in a DOLLAR function.

Note that this will only show the first carrier if you have 2 or more tied for the lowest price....

=DOLLAR(MIN(D3:H3))&" "&INDEX(D$1:H$1,MATCH(MIN(D3:H3),D3:H3,0))

Ok thank both of you guys,,the formula worked great,,,BUTTTT both of you might have miss interpereted something wrong or maybe i worded it wrong ,,,but i fixed it ,,,thanks a bunch ,,,ill give props to both of you the formula turned out like this if your curious to what i actually meant,,,if i worded it wrong im sorry but both of you stepped up to it and had the same answer so it probably was me,,,sometime i think to fast and cant type fast enough,,,,thanks guys

i just had to change the match cells
