Calls Per hour formula

An agent takes 85 calls, and logged onto their phone for 134,669 secs. how would i work out the calls per hour?

Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

There are 3600 seconds in an hour (60 seconds * 60 minutes), so divide the number of calls divided by the number of hours (the number of hours equals seconds divided by 3600), so

= 85 / (134669 / 3600)

which is approximately 2.27 when you do the math

thankyou, im sorry it was such a thick question.... having one of those days with loads to do and not emuogh time to think.
