Is it possible to create a Macro that sends the spreadsheet as an email to as specified email address. I figured out from the recorder how to attach the file to a blank email (see below):

What code could I add to this to automatically insert the specified email address (i.e. john@abc.com) in the To... field of the email dialog box that this creates.
