PivotTable Field Values - How to show raw data only?

I am setting up a PivotTable and only want to show the actual raw data values in the PivotTable field and NOT any sum, count, average, max, min, etc etc.

How can I do this? I only seem to have the options for sums, counts, etc. There are no options for just presenting the data.

So for example, rather than a PivotTable that results in counts of 1, 1, 1 in each cell, I want it to show Compay1, Company2, Company3, etc.

Pivot Tables are designed to count

What you can do is as follows;
Lets say you wanted to list the companies by location

You can drag "Location" + "Company" to the row field and then drag either to the data field and assign the count option

This will produce a list of Locations in the first column, Companies at the location in the second column and a count of the combination
