Physical Training Tracker for the Army

I'm working on building a spread sheet for tracking; by gender, height, weight, and age; to determin whether the soldier is too heavy and needs to be tape measured. I have the file attached for anyone to look at NEW APFT TRACKER.xls, please help I am a novice with excel and this is kicking my butt. This would help my unit's tracking measures significantly, if you have any questions i will be sure to provide more information.

Sorry it took so long to reply this is a secondary mission to my normal work, but popipipo i think you are on the right track but it is just populating the max weight someone is allowed instead of a "Y" or "N", how would i change that.
