How can export to CSV without excrescent double quotation marks?

I export EXCEL file to CSV at EXCEL XP Chinese versions. If the cell content
is filed_name, at CSV file change to filed_name, both sides
have excrescent double quotation marks. If the cell content is filed_name,
at CSV file same no any marks.

    Gregor,

Your post is garbled. I think you may have commas in your cells, hence the
quotation marks. They're absolutely necessary, if commas are the delimiter.
Read more on this at www.smokeylake.com/excel. Read "Text files and Excel."
The Text Write program, also available there, can write a text file with no
quote marks, if it turns out that's what you need.
